1. Subscription Cancellations
Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your premium subscription at any time through your account settings.
Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your account will remain active with premium features until the end of your current paid billing period. No further charges will be applied after the cancellation.
Account Deletion: If you choose to delete your account entirely, your subscription will be canceled immediately, and all associated data (links, traffic data, pixels, etc.) will be permanently wiped from our servers.
2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds based on the following criteria:
Upcoming Periods: Upon request, we will issue a refund for all upcoming billing periods that have been pre-paid but not yet started.
Pro-rated Refunds: We generally do not offer pro-rated refunds for the current billing cycle once it has begun, as you maintain access to premium features for the remainder of that period.
Trial Period: If you are using a 7-day free trial, you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial period ends.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for an upcoming period or to discuss a billing discrepancy, please follow these steps:

4. Automatic Billing
By subscribing to a premium plan, you acknowledge that you will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until the subscription is cancelled. It is the user's responsibility to cancel the subscription before the next renewal date if they no longer wish to use the service.
5. Chargebacks
We encourage users to contact our support team directly to resolve any billing issues. Unfounded chargebacks or payment disputes may result in the immediate suspension of your account and the permanent disabling of all shortened links associated with that account.
